A Guide To Buying 'Sleep No More' Seoul Tickets As A Foreigner
Buying tickets to the McKithan Hotel (home of Sleep No More in Seoul, South Korea) as a foreigner is not very user friendly, to say the least.
This guide, most recently updated Oct 11, 2025, was written to help you as I struggled with the same thing when I attempted to purchase tickets for my trip. If this guide is no longer up-to-date, please contact me and I'll take care of updating.

Step 1 · Navigate to Interpark (Triple.Global)
There are two websites for Interpark: NOL Interpark, and Triple.Global. You want Triple.Global, which is the website for foreigners. NOL Interpark is only for Korean citizens, and you will not be able to complete the registration process.
In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, select 'Account'
You'll be taken to the preferences page and asked to either log in, or make an account.
Click 'Please login or signup'
Here, you have a few options. You can either sign up with an email, or sign up with your Google, Apple, or Line Chat account. Select whichever option is most convenient for you.
Regardless of which option you select, you will be asked to:
Agree to the privacy policy and terms of service, and optionally to location gathering.
Confirm you are over 14 years old
Set a 'nickname' for your Triple.Global account, which can be anything you'd like and does NOT need to be your legal name.
Step 3 · Verify Your Passport
It is the requirement of the ticketing platform that all foreigners verify their identity by uploading a photo of their passport and submitting a selfie.
There is no way around this step.
In the account preferences for your Triple.Global account, find the option labeled 'Verified Member Only'. Click that option.
You will trigger a pop-up with a unique QR code that you need to scan with your mobile device. Do so, and follow the instructions on your mobile device to submit a photo of your passport and a selfie.
When you are finished, refresh your computer screen.
Step 4 · Confirm Verification & Purchase Your Ticket
If you completed verification correctly, you should now see a blue 'Verified' tag next to your name, as shown below.
If your screen displays a blue 'Verified' tag, you are now eligible to purchase tickets to the McKithan Hotel.
It is important to note that this verification process can be completed at any time before purchasing tickets, so it is best to complete it before a batch of tickets release so you are not wasting your time completing verification while other people who have already done so have a head start on tickets.
